Welcome to the one and only STUFD! My name is Joel and I opened STUFD in 2014, soon after graduating from EMU. I’ve been in the restaurant industry since I was 16 and created STUFD to provide fast-casual burritos to the area, as I had wanted as a student. I grew up in the township, attending Lincoln High School, and now live right here in the city. My wife and I have two young boys and are proud to call Ypsi our home. We are fully invested in this community and the Ypsilanti Community Schools. We love it here!
