STUFD catering
STUFD catering includes everything a party needs. With a “build your own” set up, everyone gets exactly what they’re looking for. Every order has gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan options.

For the Taco & Nacho bar, lets start by grabbing some tortillas or chips for the base, or neither for a delicious burrito bowl. Next, add the hot food, Rice, Black Beans, Queso Cheese, and Chicken. Then finally top it off with the add-ons, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Salsa, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese, and our house habanero hot sauce.

All essentials included with order: Plates, Napkins, serving utensils and Forks.

PICK-UP / DROP-OFF CATERING
Basic Pick-up Catering: $10 per person
Add Steak +$2 per person
Add Guacamole +$2 per person
Add Fajita Veggies +$1 per person
Add Churros +$1.50 per person
Add Fresh Baked Cookies +$1 per person
Add Water +$1 per person
Add Jarritos Pop +$2 per person
- Delivery within Ypsilanti is $15. Outside of Ypsi may be additional. All weekday EMU on-campus deliveries are free.
- Minimum delivery order is for 15 people.
- (An additional $20 single-charge added for all food containers. Utensils and bowls are included free. Tax exempt available for those who qualify)

FULL CATERING
For 100+ people, or longer events where food will stay out and need to be kept warm. Full catering is recommended. This includes an on-site staff member for the full event, and food kept warm above sternos.
Full Catering cost: additional $1 per fed person for 2 hours.. (this pays for the on-site staff to set up, keep food stocked, and tear down)
